The trials were laid out in factorial blocks design with three replications. In the study Mesorhizobium ciceri were used as a symbiotic bacterium, Basillus atrophaeus as a nitrogen-fixing bacterium, Basillus GC group as a phosphate solvent, and DAP fertilizer as a inorganic fertilizer. Seed protein ratio, protein yield, seed phosphorus content, seed potassium content, seed moisture content and total dry matter content parameters were examined. According to the obtained results, protein rate of seed between 22.3-25.6%, protein yield between 21.2-40.4 kg/da, phosphorus content of seed between 0.43-0.71%, potassium content of seed between 0.96-1.58%, moisture content of seed between 4.02-6.01% and total dry matter content between 93.98-95.97%. The highest protein content was obtained with Mesorhizobium ciceri + %50 DAP and Bacillus atrophaeus (N) + %50 DAP applications. Consequently, although the use of microbiological fertilizers is not a complete alternative to inorganic fertilizers, it enabled a reduction in the amount of chemical fertilization.
ER -
