The study was conducted Siirt ecological conditions in 2020. In the study, five different doses of fertilizer with nitrogen (N0= 0 kg ha-1 N, N40= 40 kg ha-1 N, N80= 80 kg ha-1 N, N120= 120 kg ha-1 N, N160= 160 kg ha-1 N)&nbsp; has been considered as the subject of research. According to the results, it was determined that N doses had significant effects on seed yield, some of the agricultural properties effective on yield, protein ratio. In the study, the highest branch number, number of leaves, number of inflorescence, seed yield, thousand seed weight and protein ratio were obtained at N12 dose. The highest values in terms of plant height was determined in N12 and N16 doses. The highest value on account of biological yield was obtained from N16. According to N doses, plant height, branch number, number of leaves, number of inflorescence, biological yield, seed yield, thousand seed weight and protein ratio were ranged between 63.00-71.50 cm, 3.28-5.00 number plant-1, 19.25-31.00 number plant-1, 12.75-23.50 number plant-1, 3611.0-9936.0 kg ha-1, 588.0-1492.0 kg ha-1, 19.39-23.52 g, 10.72-13.65 %,&nbsp; respectively. It was concluded that 114.8 kg ha-1 nitrogen can be applied in terms of seed yield in buckwheat cultivation in soils with low organic matter content.</p> ER -
