The study was carried out in a 16/8 hour light / dark photoperiod under controlled conditions, at 25 oC and in a 70% humidity climate room. In the study, the total plant weight and salt resistance scales of the plants were determined. Antioxidant enzyme activities (Catalase (CAT), Ascorbate peroxidase (APX), Superoxide dismutase (SOD)) were determined in plant leaves in order to determine the biochemical changes occurring in plants under stress. As the dose of calcium applied to plants under salt stress increased, the total weight of the plants increased. In parallel with these results, there were decreases in all three enzyme activities due to Ca dose increase, since the plants did not get stressed or there was very little stress. It can be said as a result of the measurements and analyzes that Ca applications in increasing doses to pepper seedlings under salt stress are partially effective in reducing the negative effect of salt.</p> ER -
